PPM and Subscription Documents

Chances are, if you are looking to raise money from multiple investors, you will need a PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) and Subscription Documents.

Entertainment law firms can charge up to $20,000 just for these. You can probably find them for half that or a bit less online. But you will be hard-pressed to find someone online who specializes in feature films or publishing.

I am also able to do PPM's for feature films or publishing for $2,000. However, individual films only, not slates.  I work closely with an attorney who will review your offering to assure it complies with all national and state regulations.
